Your DHL EasyShop Suite Number is essential to ensure delivery of your goods. Depending on the Merchant you are buying from, you may have to enter it after your name, or in address line 1. If you are getting an error message, try replacing the hyphen (-) between the two numbers with a space.
If a Suite number is not included on the delivery address, we may have difficulty identifying that it is your package and additional fees may apply
If you are expecting a package but haven't received a "New Delivery" notice from DHL EasyShop, contact Customer Support. That will help us locate your package if the Merchant didn't include the correct Suite number on the address label.
