Receiving Parcels

Our operations team processes parcels (local hub time):

Monday to Friday

9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Monday to Friday

8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Shipping Parcels

Our operations team releases parcels Monday through Friday.

Hub Closures

DHL EasyShop values each and every one of its employees. For national holidays, we close our export facilities so that our staff can spend time with friends and family. On these days, packages will not be received or shipped. Upon reopening, we will do our best to ship packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please refer to the following table for hub closure dates.

There are three peak shopping periods that impact the Middle East.

Holy Month of Ramada: Sun – Thu. ( 8 am – 6:30 pm ) ( 7:30 pm – 9 pm). ( 6:30 – 7:30 pm break)
Friday & Saturday ( 9 am – 5 pm)
10 days prior to Eid Al Adha

Global peak of November and December. due to online year-end sales events.

During these periods the number of parcels received and shipped significantly increase. We suggest that our customers order early and then release packages as early as possible to receive their parcels on or before a particular date.
